- All pictures must be in jpg, gif, bmp or png format. Files must be 3MB or smaller and attached to the email. If the picture is embedded in the email, it won't be accepted.
- All videos must be on a video hosting website (YouTube, Google Video, Vimeo). Send the embed code only (DO NOT send video attachments. They will be deleted immediately)
